Welcome to the Wellness Ministry at Union Church of Lavallette. We will be hosting monthly classes on the second Thursday evening of each month to discuss various health topics and modalities that align with our faith and wellness.
This first class will discuss the divine connection between your faith, your body, and your lifestyle.
Future topics will include leaky gut, healthy cooking, alternative practitioners, and natural solutions for various health concerns.
